Rank 3: Punching attacks now do 60% more damage. Unarmed Power Attacks have a chance to cripple one of your opponent's limbs.
Rank 4: Punching attacks now do 80% more damage. Unarmed Power Attacks have an increased chance to cripple one of your opponent's limbs.
Punching attacks now do double damage. Criticals in V.A.T.S. will paralyze your opponent.
Heavy Gunner (Rank 1): Thanks to practice and conditioning, heavy guns do 20% more damage.
Rank 2: Heavy guns now do 40% more damage, and have improved hip fire accuracy.
Rank 3: Heavy guns now do 60% more damage. Hip fire accuracy is increased even more.
Rank 4: Heavy guns now do 80% more damage and have a chance to stagger your opponent.
Rank 5: Heavy guns now do double damage.
Pain Train (Rank 1): Choo Choo! All aboard! While wearing Power Armor, sprinting into enemies hurts and staggers them. (Robots and oversized enemies are immune to the stagger.)
Rank 2: Sprinting into enemies while wearing Power Armor now causes severe damage and a more powerful stagger. (Robots and oversized enemies are immune to the stagger.)
Rank 3: Sprinting into enemies while wearing Power Armor now causes massive damage and knocks them down. Impact landing near enemies inflicts even more damage
Nerves of Steel: With the Nerves of Steel perk, you regenerate Action Points much more quickly than you normally would.
Stonewall: +5 to DT versus Unarmed attacks and Melee Weapons. You are much less likely to be knocked down in combat.
Slayer: The Slayer walks the earth! The speed of all melee and unarmed attacks increases by 30%.
Unstoppable Force: Your martial might is truly legendary. You do a large amount of additional damage through enemy blocks with all Melee Weapons and Unarmed attacks.
Hondo is a 26-year-old blonde-striped Zebra with deep blue eyes and former Paladin of the Steel Rangers, who was raised with his younger sister by his parents in a poor town in Equestria, home to both Zebra and Ponies living in peace, with minor exceptions. After a Steel Ranger poster happens upon him by a gust of wind, Hondo puts up in his room, and would sometimes stare in awe. Becoming inspired and driven by the desire for a better Equestria and a better life for himself and his family, he decided to leave home to seek out the Steel Rangers to join their ranks. Before leaving home, he scared his own flanks with knives and dyed his mane fully white and coat fully blonde, so he would blend in on the outside, using Raider savagery as a cover story for his scarred flanks. Eventually, he was successful, discovering a Steel Ranger base on the edge of the Palimino Desert, where he trained as a Steel Ranger Initiate, all the way to being promoted to Paladin, hiding his true species from most of his companions all the while. Sadly, he resigned from the Steel Rangers the day he was promoted to Paladin because a rival Ranger found out his big secret and threatened to reveal it. Hondo left a letter of resignation, explaining his desire to not cause any division among his fellow commanders and ranger brethren, resigned preemptively. Before joining under Captain Longmane’s command, he was leaderless and friendless, wandering the Palimino Desert alone. Before he officially agreed to swear loyalty to Lance and his group, he revealed himself to Lance, hoping the transparency would demonstrate his character, since he was already found out once. He had Lance swear not to tell the others, unless necessary, still not wanting to risk being judged harshly by them. Lance, feeling assured and sensing Hondo to bear no ill will and remembering that like he is not his kin, Hondo is not his kin either, swears thus and welcomes him to the Loyalists. Despite having a great poker face (in and out of his armor), Hondo isn't a great price haggler. One of the signs that indicate that he is a Zebra is that he always sleeps standing up.
