Um... well, this is a surprise. I never would have imagined these two being shipped, as they never interact. And Bugsy's... wearing a dress?
While the concept is a bit bizarre, the execution is phenomenal. Both outfits are really well-done, and I love the facial expressions (especially the contrast between the two). A very cute, humorous, and overall very well-done picture.
