This might be a bit weird coming from a male currently going through Fallout 3 but I actuallly found him quite charming myself thing is I've just got Lucas Sims Shot in the back by him however I still deactivated the bomb anyway. What is like to blow up the atomic bomb where all those people happen to live around the middle at his mansion I want to find more about him.

*Spoiler ahead. Hide nao!*
It really depends which way you go about it. If you are a male character, if you blow up Megaton, you get a suite at the top of the tower. If you're a female character with Black Widow perk, you can seduce him into leaving and he will send you love letters or you can just sway him into paying you 1000 caps to blow up the place.
Besides from that though, all he does after the quest is complete is walk around Tenpenny Tower and sit in random chairs (That's if you blow up the Megaton) If you rat him out or seduce him, he disappears completely D<
