I think this is The Best Book to Film Adaptation for Tarzan. The Animations looks outstanding, it feels real when you see the rainforests. It has some really creative ideas like the way how Tarzan becomes an ape man and Tarzan surfs around trees was pretty cool. Most of the characters are great. Tarzan is probably the most interesting and dare I say one of the best male Disney characters ever. Jane is pretty funny and likable character. Terk and Tantar are pretty enjoyable. Kala is probably The Best Disney Mother. The only character I didnt enjoy was Clayton. Even though he was a threatening villain and I have to admit his death was pretty brutal but overall I just dont found him interesting or entertaining. Some people including Doug Walker have problem with the movie because of Phil Collins. Well honestly, I really like his songs, I didn't mind him singing in the background and at least it doesn't interrupt the film at points like that "Confession Scene" from Brother Bear. It has some great character developments. And let's just say it has one of the most saddest death scene I have ever see. I cried more than I do on Mufasa's death and this is coming from a guy who's favorite all time movie is The Lion King. If you're really carious about this movie, check it out. It's worth a watch.
