This was my piece for an exibition called "Body Art".

Amphitrite was a sea goddess, or Nereid as they were also called. She had captured the heart of Poseidon and is sometimes pictured by his side. She was entirely bound to the sea. In the early antic she received some status and attention, but later on her interest faded untill her name wasn't more than a synonym for the sea used in poetry.
