I don't know... Inspired by Jak 2. That stupid city and its gloominess... This really frustrated me to colour as my mouse is starting to get... uhm... I don't know... bad. And jerky. I Just wanted to try rain effects. Done completely in Photoshop.Related content

The rain effects were done by covering the image more or less with really light blue specks of paint and then by using a motion blur filter in Photoshop. I probably duplicated the layer and stuck the copy in the background or something as well... but that was so long ago, I can't remember for sure! o_O
