Description
There are many myths in the Pokemon world,legends of miraculous Pokemon,
who held a power beyond human comprehension.
This is one of those stories.
The legend of Raishin, the Strombringer.
Ancient writings and paintings
describe it to be a Pikachu
with a glowing, golden fur,
eyes blue as electricity in its purest
and it's cheek constantly sparking.
It is said that it is the ancestor of whole Chu family,
their origin.
People of the old times believed
this creature to be an omen of an upcoming storm.
This is what they used to say:
"Where the Golden Chu walks,
thunder will follow and lightining will strike."
Tough this is nowdays believed to be nothing more
than a mere legend,
some people still give their prayers to the Golden Chu,
when they wish for a bright and sunny day.

As a farmer, yes it would. But let's say you are going to our first date or that there will be a wedding tomorrow. In that case, you would want to pray for clear weather ^^

I'm just saying that as something fabled to bring rain wherever it goes, a prayer to it for clear skies would have to go something like "Please stay away for the following period of time."
