Description
A Moogle Shaman chanting a spell to summon wind spirit :3 He needs wind to bring rains to rid his home from drought.I've meant to draw a moogle for a long time, but didn't get a sufficient idea until now X3 And I like the new ones more than the old versions =3

Gotta love the colorful effects here! THe colors of the wind are magnificent and the bird's colors makes it quite enchanting.
