I had to do something NieR for this month's MSE, even if it was the only one I did xD
I almost drew her with one of the pods, too, but that cosplay can be saved for a future character huehuehue

Akuto more or less has A2's voice anyway, and they both usually look like they crawled out of a dumpster so there's some similarities to be had there, haha. Trying to transfer A2's battered appearance onto a wolf was actually a challenge, especially because trying to tell what of A2's look is cloth and what's severely damaged frame is kinda hard x'DD
Originally I was going to use the Type-4O Sword for the light sword, since it's the one A2 initially uses, but after studying it realized I'd be in waaaay over my head :'D So I went with Virtuous Contract instead - potential cliche be darned, it's beautifully designed, and very fun to color~
And if you've played the game you'll know there's another reason, too...shhh
also pls ignore the terrible proportions, geometric stuff is hard xD I TRIED OK
