Description Lay surrounded in fields and blooms
Each one rolling in wishes and in wind.
The air is sweet and singing;
Breathing in, I feel alive again.
The sky is bright, the grass is soft,
And this time I think I've found the beautiful I've sought.

A butterfly on silken wings lands upon my skin
And I can feel it fluttering in my chest in heartbeat's rhythm,
Crisp, gentle, and alive.
Then you come to me, and it beats a little bit faster;
My spirits rise when those stars shine inside your eyes.
Just when this place couldn't get any sweeter,
Kindled a loving spark in affection
Like none other before I've felt.
Wrap tender arms round me, and I feel the sun is rising.

I look up, and my smile fades;
The stars,
Those stars ever beaming in thine eyes,
They begin to catch fire,
And burn.
The fire spreads along your gaze into me
And I can feel the hungry blaze
Stripping everything from me.
Threads to dust,
Skin heated and not unseen.
The butterfly flies on,
On wings of flame
But no less a butterfly in my chest
Fluttering to the hum of ravenous fire.

I rise and start to run
In desperate need to hide myself;
Flee from this flame.
I approach the Gates,
And look back in sorrow;
The sun is no less bright,
The fields no less green.
All this beauty in this place,
How could I run?
I see you slide towards me one more time,
Those hungry eyes.
I cling tighter for safety inside your arms,
But I still feel that stare
Burning ever into me.
I feel scarred and bare,
Like never I had been, under your gaze.

Run away to shelter I cannot,
This place too sweet;
So I shall take the fire.
Burn on, loving eyes,
Even bare and burning I shall exist in this Heaven's light;
Inside this gaze I never wanted on me,
Inside this love I ever needed;
Stripped away by burning eyes.
