Yeah, the software can be difficult to work with sometimes,especially the pen tool. I always use the pencil one to get the details that I need to make their eyes and hair.
Photoshop for me is a little harder, well the digital painting style anyway. I have always had a trouble with that. I just need to practice that again sometime.
