Here's a new character, Sparrow. Yes, he looks like Sasuke Uchiha. I'm workin' on that part, but something about his cloak looks off to me. Does anyone have any suggestions? The colored version is coming, but I wanna redraw it in oC, since it was originally done in MSpaint.Also, yes, he's named after Capt. Jack.
