Yeeee! My Mega puppy is finally here! And look how ferociously glorious he is!
I spent 3 hours on his concept sketches alone .... I lost track of the time to line, color and shade... but man was the time worth it!
Altair is the first Mega Houndoom in the group! -To my knowledge xD-

Special thanks to CollyWobblies for helping me with his horns.
And thank you to Serenector for her lovely Fire tutorial , which helped me make the flames coming from Altair's mouth~

The amazing Mega Evolution template was created by Dragonith and is free to use~ (Thank you so much for sharing! I hope it's okay that I edited the energy, so it didn't overlap with Altair ><;;; )

Levels Gained:
I am not counting the background, because I did not make it~

Altair gained 3 lvls for a fb + 2 lvls for shading = 5 lvls! Altair is already lvl 100! His levels go to Mitilda via exp share~
