I redid it again, and decided to focus my energies on the ships I actually like. If you don't see a ship, ask me about it—I either forgot about it or am likely neutral to it.
Ships are arranged alphabetically and I don't give a toss who's on top.

Ancient Rome x China / Silk Road Pair – The history of this ship is killer. It's sad, yes, but mm baby history.
America x Belarus / AmeBel – Is it weird that getting into Supernatural got me into this ship?
America x Lithuania / AmeLiet – OH BABY THE LITHUANIA'S OUTSOURCING STRIPS
Austria x Hungary / AusHun – I'm here for the flipped gender roles 
Canada x Estonia / CanEst – I can see these two geeking out together and they've got a fun dynamic in my headspace.
China x Latvia / ChuLat – This was an accident and I love it. It's also a ship of hidden depths—China looks cute but is fierce as fuck, and Latvia is no slouch either.
Denmark x South Korea / DenKor – They're both goofballs and it's cute.
Denmark x Spain / DenSpa – This was an accident that came of shipping Spain x Vietnam and Denmark x Vietnam. Frankly though, I think they would get on well—it's really fun and goofy, but when it comes down to it, you don't want to be their enemies.
Denmark x Vietnam / DenViet – Similar notes to SpaViet. They'd be an excellent battle couple.
France x England / FrUK – I avoided this for a while so I didn't have to get involved with the FrUK / USUK ship war. When I got thinking about it, I was sold. They have a great dynamic, too, but theirs is more like an old married couple.
Germany x Italy / HRE x Chibitalia – They're more or less the same thing to me. The dynamics are cute, the canon hints. Just… babies. 
India x Mexico / IndoMex – Accident, oops.
Japan x Canada / Canapan – They're both very quiet Nations and I like to think they'd get on nicely in a room full of chaos
Japan x England / AsaKiku – This was my… first or second ship. I've always had a soft spot for it—where Canapan is quiet, I see AsaKiku being a more refined ship.
Monaco x Seborga / Principalities Pair – I don't remember why I ship this. I just do.
Prussia x Hungary / PruHun – This is another one I kinda avoided, more because I was being a hipster and not really caring for Prussia at the time.
Romano x Seychelles / RomaSey – Seychelles is sweet and girly, and Romano would treat her like a princess.
Russia x Spain / RuSpa – it's too cute I can't even.
Scotland x Liechtenstein / ScotLiech – hahahahaha oops
Spain x Vietnam / SpaViet – Spain is high energy and playful to Vietnam's solidity and level-headedness, and he can bring out the girlier, sweeter side of her while she keeps him grounded.
Sweden x Finland / SuFin – my babies my domestic bliss my asskickers hold me
Nyotalia Specific
Estonia x Nyo!Italy – Blame the Nyotalia episode.
Germany x Nyo!Japan – I feel bad for shipping this Germany would appreciate Nyo!Japan's quiet grace and dignity and the traits that make her a Yamato Nadeshiko, while still respecting that she can be a fierce fighter; Nyo!Japan admires Germany's strength of will and professional presence (the things that make him the spear counterpart to her Yamato Nadeshiko).
Romano x Nyo!Russia – I used to ship Russia x Romano, then Romano took a Nyo!Russia to the bed. Roamno treats her like a queen and she lets him and they kick ass together. And Nyo!Russia is the big spoon because she's taller.
2P!talia Specific
England > Japan – Special mention here. Basically, England has this weird crush that borders on an obsession with Japan, who doesn't appreciate his attentions / affections / Facebook stalking.
Germany x Estonia – There's really not that much difference between 1P and 2P Estonia—except for a larger trace of bitterness and the fact that he was blinded during the Northern Crusades . Germany is one of the few people who isn't a big enough asshole to exploit that.
Germany x Spain – Spain leans on Germany for a lot of emotional support, and Germany tries his best to help Spain work through his vast myriad of problems.
Germany x Vietnam – Outside of necessary business, Vietnam puts on a very sour attitude toward most people… Except Germany. For some reason xie likes Germany.
Spain x Estonia – No one is sure what happened here, not even them. Still, they use each other for support and treat each other decent enough.
Not My Faves But I Still Like Them
Canada x Ukraine / CanUkr – It's cute. Like dang there's some cute ass shit for this out there.
Italy x Japan / ItaPan – The first thing you write fic for, you're gonna have a soft spot for. I love it in 2P—they're like the most fucked up power couple ever damn
Italy x Seychelles / ItaSey – Still kinda cute, but not as cute as RomaSey 
Latvia x Liechtenstein / LatLiech – Also cute. It's like… I feel like flower crowns should be involved here. <3
Russia x America / RusAme – I do still like this one, but in the end, AmeLiet / AmeBel and RuSpa won out. :lol
Russia x China / RoChu – Never really was too into this one. I'm actually pretty picky about this ship.
Russia x Italy / RusIta – Meh. I still appreciate it.
Turkey x Ukraine / Turkraine – This has a lot of interesting history and culture, and it's also rather cute.
