Zuko doing "the Dancing Dragon". I really liked the movements of this technique!I've been so excited about watching Avatar this week, especially since I hadn't seen any (even the few episodes that leaked out or whatever) since Day of Black Sun. This week has made me soo happy! Hence, I couldn't resisted finally doing some Avatar fanart~
Like I said, I really liked the Dancing Dragon "dance" from "The Firebending Masters". Note that this picture isn't supposed to be from the episode, but rather some other time when Zuko is channeling the spirit.
I really enjoyed drawing Zuko.. and coloring Zuko... heheh. No, really, this picture came pretty easy to me... 'cept the bg. Oh god, I reworked that dragon so much. Ah well...
I can't wait for that damn comet any longer~! XD

I just watched all of Avatar in about three days. And am absolutely obsessed. And this is THE MOST EPIC ZUKO ART I HAVE SEEN. So envious. Amazing. Awesome. Wonderful. Gwag!

I think I may hold onto my friend's DVDs for a while and start rewatching it when it gets into con season. Cause it can be something to leave on in the background while I work on cosplay. I'd like to watch it over again, but there's so many other things I need to watch for a first time, you know?

I like just having Avatar on too (the countless times it's on TV) because it's easy to watch(also b/c it's in English, lol)-- definitely something fun to have on while working. If for whatever reason you have to return those DVDs to your friend, my box sets are always up for borrowing

You know what I realized? I'm like that with Digimon! Quotes, names of episodes, etc. etc. That's the show that I'm crazy like that about. Hahaha, man I need those on DVDs so I can watch them over again. I have them all on my computer but it's so much easier to throw on a DVD.

I don't have a DVD player to use at home, so I don't really throw in DVDs when I work on costumes and such... I usually just listen to music ^_^ Strangely enough, I still own all of the Avatar sets even though I've never actually watched them *dies*

Hey, I know Sam has been saying she wants to watch it too. We should have a mini-marathon the next time I come down. Or maybe like, at the end of the semester when you guys are all done with work but before you go back home for the summer.

No, I can understand that. Sometimes music gets boring, so I need to work on getting more music XD When I get into something new, I tend to listen to that over and over again until I find a new CD/set to listen to

You are really improving each and every time I see your coloring works. I love what you've done here. The colors are vibrant and gorgeous, the lighting/highlighting is very well done, and the drawing and style itself is really great. Just a wonderful job overall.
