In regards to the description, that is... an interesting question. Perhaps it could be considered voluntary, then, but not natural.

love is about... a lot of things. like getting to know a person, enjoying your time with them and other such things. in order for a love potion to be a love potion you'd need to put that information into the potion. but then you'd only be able to make someone fall in love with 1 specific person.
falling in love with someone after seeing them? no, that's not love. at best it's infatuation. so a Love Potion would actually be a lust potion.
