No big critique this time, but I will say that I love this perspective, yet again. This time around, I adore the technique you've used. It's very lively, and hatch shading and messy lines are some of my favorite techniques (so you already suckered me in there).
The only thing I really wanna mention here is I think the foreshortening could've been a little more exaggerated still. Her calves could be bigger and facing more toward the viewer and I think the upper body and head could even be a little smaller. As I'm looking at her, it looks like she's looking up but with her back bent toward the ground in an uncomfortable manner.
In my last critique, I sort of panned your night sky, but here I think the lines were so well. There's a defined gradient around the moon which makes it give off the illusion of it glowing. Very well executed -- your traditional art is lovely!

I think it is a very interesting picture, love the idea of the chains breaking and you have managed to portray the emotions of the pictures so well, even if the fave is not shown. Excellent picture !

I love the inking technique around the moon. It adds a lot of depth and atmosphere

Nice one. The lines are pretty dynamic, as they are distorted. This brings this cool effect. But you should put some details on the hair too, as it seems too easy and "calm", whereas the chains and clothes are more in motion. Also you should try to do more dense strokes on the coat, more shadows. And then it'll be great.

Wow! As someone who can't make clean traditionnal ink art to save her life, I must say I'm jealous, because this is a really great piece 
You made all the good choices: the perpective and composition are dope, the texture of the coat is excellent, the perspective on the chains is amazing, and I like how you played on the lines' weight variations. I also love how you did the sky: the stars, the coulds and the halo around the moon are just perfect! Well done!
I'm not creative when it comes to interpretation... but the feel I get from this drawing is a combination of hope and determination, and how these two can make us stronger
