#inktober day 13Let's skip 2 days, my drawing pens running out of ink. I just bought some today TT^TT
Feel free to give me comment/critiques to help me improve ^^
Halloween time~! Is it too early to drawing halloween?
We don't celebrating halloween here, so i drew this based on cartoon, movies experience XD
Every year, Leonard go cosplaying and searching for sweets ( especially chocolates) until other town. Is the road too spooky? Is it the road dangerous in midnight? He don't really care! As long as he got many chocolates and sweets~ The road never looks too dark because he can always ignites his fire~ The only thing that he care is : what if he don't bring a bigger basket for chocolates?
Molydes moving his castle in the top of the hill and open it for public to celebrate halloween. Everybody can enter, if they are brave enough. The prize of sweets and golds await in the center of the castle to everyone who dare enough explore Molydes's castle. Guess who just finished the challenge?

First let me start off by saying this is very nice! I love the way it fills out the page, and how as it goes back it kind of spirals. Definitely not something I believe I'd be able to do. The house in the distance is a nice touch, and so are the different facial expression, it gives the picture more variety and makes the seem less generic.
However, there are a few things that concern me. One of those things being some of the details outside and inside the pumpkins. It's a little confusing because there's no clear indication that there's candles inside, or there aren't any candles inside. If there were candles inside of them, maybe you could've made their eyes and mouths glow a bit more, or show the candle. But if there wasn't a candle on the inside, you could've shaded the eyes and mouths a tad to show there there was darkness inside.
I also believe you could've added some details on the cats face, the skeleton on top of that pumpkin, and the flame. Because everything else is so detailed, those things kind of stick out a bit, and seem sort of flat. Lastly, I notices that there's candy inside the pumpkin bucket. However, you don't see them anymore when they pass the bucket's face. But at the same time, I'm not sure if there is suppose to be a covering on it (if so, shading it a bit would be nice). Overall, very nice picture!

Those pumpkins supposed to be have candle inside them, but i'm not sure how to make the eyes glow.As for the pumpkin bucket, the eyes and mouth are not hollow because it's a bag, if it were carved then those sweets will drop, aren't they? Ahh yes, i have difficulty make Leonard more visible. Thanks for your suggestion~! ^^

And as for the glowing effect, I think it would be easier to pull off if you kind of shaded the entire pumpkin (all while making sure to use the correct shading values on each angle, and highlights), but shade lighter around then eyes and mouth than the rest of the pumpkin :3

I love it, the sharp trees which give the horror element and the smooth wavy curves going off into the background with the castle. The mix of black and white is perfect, well done.

Love the detail in this sketch. The background is fantastic. I do think there is issue with the character's face. His right eye (the one his hair is obscuring) looks kind of weird to me.

I really like all that is going on here-it is so dynamic and I absolutely
love all the depth in this picture. Very Halloween-esque but that makes it
all the better. Its a very classic take on the season style =3
One thing that really makes this picture is how much detail is put into this
without overwhelming it. I think that is great~ I also truly believe if this was in
colour it wouldn't be as striking. Very nice my friend <3

Depends on the place ya know =3 I don't live in exactly
a city, but the outskirts which doesn't have as many people. It's
more crazy closer to the bigger cities <3
But I am actually going as my OC Tsung =3
I am using Aoba's wig and a cosplay costume of Ciel (from black butler)
with a few items of my own to make Tsungy's outfit. And then I am doing
a maid version oh him as well haha <3
