Let's begin with the aspects of your drawing that I really enjoy. Your ability to express emotion. The eyes they say are the window to the soul. If that is true you have drawn Ulquiorrra as a tortured soul. There is a sadness in those eyes and the green tears that are rolling down his cheeks only solidify that feeling of pain and anguish. I've never seen the show but does this villain have something in his life that he feels great loss about?
Also noteworthy is that you stayed true to the manga style, the smaller lips,tiny nose, and larger eyes. The hair is great with that long wisp that hangs down his forehead separating his eyes. Very nice.
Now the one thing in the drawing that I find a bit confusing. I'm not sure what the line work to the right of the drawing is. I simply can't make it out and it is a distraction from a very good drawing. I would have defined it a little clearer or omitted it altogether and drawn Ulquiorra's entire face.
Overall a very good drawing that is very emotive and well drawn.

Hello, professor! Thank you so much for your lovely comment. I thought you have seen this anime because the way you describe him is just like people who already seen this anime. Yes, he looks like a tortured soul, he can't feel emotion, only emptyness. He don't know what heart is. But in the end of his life, he asked the heroine, will she become his friend if Ulquirra is on real world (or something like that, it's been so long the last time i watch this).
The right thing on his head is like a helmet skull. And i made it broken to the pieces.
