Eeeeeeee! I was super excited to make this commission- CHATOT! <3 I've always thought it was super freaking cute, and I think I replicated its cuteness pretty well! x3Its head can rotate side to side, and its wings can rotate up and down, all with doll joints. I'm -really- proud of how the flag on its music note head came out. :3 (Also, does the white collar part look familiar? Its pretty much the same pattern as from Jolteon, lol!)
Done with yarn, felt for eyes, and stuffed with polyfil. <3
