I'm a bit confused as to what the point of telling me was if you then were going to tell me you don't care if I don't want you using my work without permission :/
It does clearly state in the description that this image was not to be used or taken. However the person it was made for never held up their end of the trade, so in this particular case I don't care.
I'm going to suggest you not tell people you don't care if they dont want you using their work though. Especially if you're seeking out to tell them you've done so. It's just looking for rocks to be thrown.
