i liek the way you did the lighting the glow's done pretty well
nice textures and color choice in general
m.. i'm not sure what style you're going for so i wont say much about the face and hair haha
buti think the hands look really awkward .the thumb in general is too short for the look you have going so far which i think is semi realism ??
if anything i'd suggest takign a picture of yourself doin gthe same hand pose or ooking at yourself in the mirror
also another thing that realy bothers me are his legs.. the way they connect to the body especially
where his legs form a v.. you basically have he shirt go all the way down but you should show some of the pants there
as it is it looks like he should be standing and the legs belong to someone else
again i'd suggest diong the same pose and looking i the mirror or something of the sort haha
