So I've seen that a bunch of screenshot of Don't Starve with these little one-eyed birds that follow you around. My Wilson's paternal instincts were calling and he wanted one for himself. I didn't know, however, that the Tallbirds were such good parents.It's his sort of shake-your-fist-towards-the-sky-at-whatever-higher-power moment. He's not in Kansas anymore.

I love my smallbirds. But they always seem to die when I get them. I'll hatch them, and then I'll be walking one day.. and I'll just find a meat bit lying near the swamp in my front yard. It's so sad.

I always try to camp close to a pig village, so when I leave the egg by the fire they always come up and snatch it. I've never had one hatch.

Sweet, ima get me a babby tallbird! Lol. Anyways, Chester is basically a chest pumpkin that is living, pants and acts like a dog, and follows you as soon as you find an eye bone. He will respawn in 7 days if killed. But he's SO adorable :3

Look in the swamp - on the rock clearings, there's sometimes an Eye Bone.
