Nice touch with the targeting reticle on his visor. Does he transform? Or does he not, due to his Action Master roots? And the...whatever it is in his mouth makes me think that there's a non-Transformers reference that I'm missing due to me not having watched a lot of stuff. Am I right? Or am I not?

Toothpick equivalent I think, there's a long standing tradition of bad ass cops walking up with a toothpick in their mouth. Not sure why.
