The colours are very unique. They seem soft and quiet. It's stunning how the cloud were blown to the left into the picture, or to the right out of it dont know...however...Beatifull. The details in the foreground and the structure of the stones just great!

Great shot, but not just for the colors.
I love it for the usage of a wide angle lense, how the distortions improve the image.
The slop becoming larger and the sky smaller is so unusual for the human eye; in fact you can never view a scene this way without photography.

That is why I like the wide-angle lens, I think it presents with more interesting scenes, even though it twists the reality a bit, to put it that way. The way I view it it only enchances and focuses more on beautiful foregrounds, viewing them in more and larger detail! Cheers!

I agree with you on the usage of wide-angle lenses.
I really like the "twisting" as you do, but for interior shots it is sometimes quite annoying when straigt lines become curves.
