That's pretty hard for me to decide tbh.

With Reggie I'd like his voice actor to sound almost like Zim, with the only difference that his voice has gotta be slightly deeper.
For Mimi, I flip flop for her voice all the time, I have at least 5 different voice ideas for her. I can't give you an exact decision on this though.
For others, I'm undecided.

I would say yes. For some reason I can imagine reggie having a deeper voice... with maybe some sort of accent.

I haven't decided on his accent, but I want to show the audience that he's not from this world (since well he is an alien, but a legal one)

I don't think so. I'd say an accent that doesn't exist or nobody knows what it is.
