Oh my God, it's a clock! Splendid idea, splendid, my friend! Of course Hogwarts should have a clock tower, otherwise how would the students keep track of time? I mean...the watch-less students

And the rest of the idea/picture is awesome too, I was just overwhelmed by the whole clock thing.
