Oh my god, if they fused, would they be emerald? Cuz light green + blue probably equals a deep green,right?

I doubt that honestly, most fusions we've seen so far are actually what you get when you combine the thigs both gems are made of. A lapis lazuli and a peridot forming wouldn't really make an emerald.
