Appearance: a rainbow potion in a sealed container with a tag along with the rainbow steam coming off, very sparkly too.
Personality: A very kind, childish fella who can use magical spells to make people happy and turn dull, grey things into colored masterpieces. He's incredibly nice and thoughtful, often making people things and giving many hugs. He's an artist, and loves graffiti.
