Leer – Her eyes has long been seen as a gaze to dispair due to their strange colourisation. It's a gaze she tries not to use, but when forced to she glares upon them to bring upon that dispair and bring their defenses down.

Double Team - If she stands by someone else, Maeve would most likely duck behind them a lot. Doing this makes her a harder target to hit.

Scratch - Though she doesn't wish to fight at all, Maeve can use her claws if need be. In a swift swipe, her dark claws are strong enough to scratch up skin.

Ability: Pressure – Without meaning do to so, Maeve often has a strong, forboding aura around her due to her strange appearance. This may put people on the edge with her and wants to finish things up quickly.

Due to the constant harrassment and finger pointing at her and her brother during their upbringing, Maeve have become quite the meak and anxious person as she grew older. A constant worry for bringing upon any ill omens or happenings to people blurrs her strive to interact with with people and thus her social skills has suffered for it. She's very clumsy with her speech and mannarisms, but in the past few years has been trying her hardest to speak properly and learn how to properly greet people... For better or worse.
Often seen as shy, ditsy and nervous, the absol fights her own prejudice every day, along with her own worries and fears of the conciquences she may face when befriending anyone.

Though even with the many setbacks, inwardly battles and outside influences, Maeve holds herself up as a strong and mature woman. One with an intelligent mind and strong will to grow into a better being.

Pokemon Friend – Maeve has a bad time dealing with people, but for some reason it's different for Pokemons as they seem to see the kindness behind the pressuring aura. From it, she has become more at ease around pokemon and it is easily spotted by any beast.

Intelligent Mind – Though coming from a very remote area, Maeve proves to be sharp and intelligent mind. She quickly picks up on things around her and can easily remember lessons she's given in what ever form.

Serene Voice – Maeve has always loved to sing and practise it often. Sadly, it has become a voice many worry about as it has more often than not been followed by misfortune and ill happenings. Thus, she restrains herself to only sing when she's alone.

Born as the sister of a twin pair in Dowolki of the eastern island in Gainnerun, Maeve and her brother, Caleb early childhood became one of misfortune and ill omens. The village had not taken kindly to their absol mother, as her kind was seen as one of ill omen and bringer of disaster, and their spite was always on the edge of their lips. They were bullied, harrassed and blamed for anything ill that involved them.
Fearing for her childrens safety and well being, their mother sent them off with a friend to take them with him towards the main land, where their lives would hopefully turn to the better.
At the age of five, Maeve and Caleb was taken into an orphanage and quickly was detattched from the rest of the children, who saw their silent demeenor and purple-red eyes to be off putting and scary. The bond between the twins grew and they found comfort with one another.
A few years went by and rumours began spreading about the twins being bringers of misery and misfortune after a series of questionable incidents happened. Almost every child that got too close to the two twins somehow ended up severly ill or harmed in strange, accidental occurances. A few parents that had been interested in adopting the pair had persumed to having gone missing and one couple were robbed of all that they owened the day they were to go and sign the adoptive papers.

It seemed like the twins were to forever stay at the orphanage, now both being at the age of nine. No one seemingly dared to get close to them anymore and the matrons of the orphanage always warned newcoming couples about the absol twins.
Yet one day, luck would seem to have shifted for the unfortunate siblings, as a sweet couple came into the orphanage to adopt a child in hope to bring some light into their lives, seeing as they could not conceive on their own. The pair looked around the playground, only to spot the twins sitting away on their on by a tree, reading a book. The man, a staravia by the name of Ulf, walked up to the absols and asked what they were reading. Ulf showed no care for the rumours and was more focused on asking the children how they were doing, what they liked and what they thought. Surely enough, the twins got a fresh feeling of kindness and care from this gray bird.

After a couple more meetings, getting to know the children and with his wife permission, a comfey called Anja, the pair adopted the twins and brought them to their new home. A large animal farm and stable just a way out of the capital. Maeve and Caleb couldn't understand their sudden spark of hope and worried deeply as to how quickly and brutally this luck would turn on them or the lovely couple that called this their home... But that turn of luck never arrived.
The twins found themselves at home at the farm, helping their new parents with the chores, looking out for the animals and going to school for the first time in their lives. It was a small school with only a handful of students, and though the lore of their kind, the people of the village didn't seem to care much as the teachers were strict about not secluding anyone.

Over time, Maeve grew a great fondness for pokemons and beasts, loving all of the creatures that their parents had in their farm and joyfully took care of them from early morning to late dusk. She thus decided she wanted to study to become a full fledged veterinary and pokemon caretaker, but sadly the education would be too expensive for their farming family to afford. Thus, Maeve decided to study on her own by looking out for pokemons in farm, along with pets and companios of the villages around the capital. Her lust for learning and love for pokemons soon enough took her further and further away from her home farm and she eventually began to travel all around the world to learn more away herbal and medical treatments.

- Maeve has a twin brother by the name of Caleb. They look very similar to one another, with long white hair and purple-red eyes, though her brother is different in other aspects.
- She loves her hair, even if it has been mocked by others before, and takes very good care of it, brushing it every morning and often braids it or puts it into flowy hairstyles.
- Her eyes shifts in colour and her pupils holds an eerie white colour rather than black. Originally they're purple, but they can shift into hues of red in some situations and lights.
- Has a tendency to let out small whines and whimpers when she doesn't know what to say.
- Maeve has been taken in by a Licensed Veterinatian to be her mentor, a stern and grim looking Bayleef by the name of Doctor Hugo Moores.
