This is a good picture. I shows how Sonichu is disgusted by many things, be it pickles, trolls, or Rosechu Rule 34. The shading here is well done, and the pose is believable. The color scheme is very good and "TRUE and HONEST" to the "original" character. I would have rated Technique higher, but the tail does seem a little round, which is unlike any Pikachu I've seen. This can also be said about the ears, which look more like bee stingers than Pikachu's ears. This is good work, but I think you would be better off drawing Sonic characters than Pokemon.
