I have wanted to finish this one for a looooong time. It serves the same purpose as this: fav.me/d3gunyzMost of the content that's not in featured feels too dated to me nowadays, but still I'm glad I got to finish this, since it's been long since I did any pixel art.
I might probably use it too for my next dA account, too. (I talked about that in my latest journal: fav.me/dah0t8b )
Post data: The character is my take on Kemco's Kid Klown, by the way. The poor guy seems to have been forgotten even by them nowadays.
