Kijo was named Lady in Japanese for a reason. She was taught that ladies are treated like gods and that's what she wanted. If you fucked up or didn't do something right, you would have a finger cut off as soon as she lick her lollipop.

Sensai was taught that you should be a master. They didn't spell it as Master because hey who in the Yakuza calls a child master........ fucking no one. So as he got older he treated everyone like slaves and sidemen. But his grandfather but a end to that when he thought he could take over.
