The Eternal Grove?
In the Fey Realms, there is a large island in the middle of the satin void surrounded by a wall of stars and magic. It is in a pocket dimension all of it's own, created long before any of the Archfey can even remember. The younger Fey have come to accept the knowledge that this place just simply 'is', while the older Fey respect it's creation and it's age throughout their long lived lives.
For a very long time, after the leaders of the Seelie and Unseelie courts have had their long standing grudge war, an era of peace was established between all connected courts between them. Now the Eternal Grove serves as a neutral point in which members of all courts can come to seek respite when needed, or to have a place without court politics.
But that doesn't mean that intrigue doesn't follow the likes of the Fey. For those long standing grudges may find themselves burrowed deep in the hearts of some, even in these times of peace.

The Fey Courts and their history,,,Progenitors:The forbearer courts of the Fey races, while their origins may be murky at this time, have a very long standing in the many realms of the multiverse. Summer, Winter, Spring, Fall, Dawn, Dusk, Day, Night, Star and Wild. While these courts have well established connections through time and space, they weren't always on the same pages about how to govern. Idealism changes through millennia and some cultural exchanges happen while being on the outskirts of a pocket dimension. And so, approximately 3000 years prior to the Great Chasm of the Fey, certain individuals have taken their leave from their prior courts to establish their own. Due to distance from their home realms, or idealistically changing times from their forbearers, these courts stand on their own and are now well established in their own rights. ,The Great Chasm:The first to desire for lands beyond their established reach of their own Court was Baron Von Merdra. Merdra was a loyal subject of the Court of Winter for a very long time, serving under the Pale Prince himself, after the White Father had gone missing eons ago. But small impositions lead down a long path of growing resentment and soon, Merdra started to move away from the Court of Winter and his Pale Liege. Other Court nobles planned a coup, which resulted in a century's long war, after which Merdra was exiled, along with any loyalists that he may have had. Many were lost in the interim until a Lady of the Dusk Court gave insight into surviving between realms, teaching the forbidden art of Realms displacement and creation. This lead to the establishment of The Court of Bones. But also showed that other members of the other courts weren't as solid as the Archfey royals would have liked to think they were. A cascade was soon to come, other factions of Fey breaking apart, forming alliances and enemies, leading to the creation of the New Courts.Lord Merdra of the Court of Bones, is now, in his own right, a kind of beacon for others that want to break way from their established idea and rule as they please. But this also has the whisperings of descension in his own court. ,The New Courts:Born out of a necessity for change and progress, these new courts established themselves as fully something else through their other founding Progenitors. New ideals and motivations have lead them down a new path. And some are still being found. Some of these Courts dabble in the older rituals and traditions, while others tend to a more progressive attitude when it comes to how to govern. You will find a lot of new Court Fey in the material and mortal realms, using their powers and gifts as they see fit. But don't be mistaken when it comes to what a Court can or cannot do. Each court does have their own set of rules and regulations, motivations and idealism. And some of them clash with other Courts regularly.,The New Age:With the New Courts now finally finding their foot holds in this new and evolving existence, exploring the vast Astral Sea has lead them to finding the Eternal Grove. Devoid of time and limitless magical potential, various courts have sent dignitaries to the Grove, and it now acts as a neutral ground in which all Fey can be welcomed and take respite from the Court politics or mortal struggles.Read more about Royal Court Hierarchy here,
