Must say while your design and such ain't bad, I would give you some advice on trying to make the lines less messy and for the common triangle form of Bill to have straight lines.
Otherwise, there certainly is nothing wrong with this. It looks pretty decent, the coloring is pretty good along with the shading, so good job.
