This is so amazing, the flames are epic, and Robot is so well drawn here, it's stunning! I also like the shadowy effect, or scorch mark effect all over his body, it really makes it pop. Nice work!

...This is a really good picture. Like, really, really, really fuckin' good. In fact, this is easily one of the best Robot Jones fan-arts I've ever seen, anyway, in the two years+ that I've been searching the internet for content about the character and/or show. Not only is there a lot of artistic skill here with the drawing itself, the shading and lighting on Robot himself especially, but I love the symbolism; the bleak background of the picture surrounding Robot represents his cold, bitter depression, his loneliness, his inability to find humans who can respect and love him, and the fire represents his anger, his burning fury.
And all of it makes him feel so, so, sick. So ill. So horribly tired of this cycle of misery and pain that is his life... he looks so weak in this picture, so exhausted, but he's trying to hard to be something more.

I didn't remember this show till I found it like 5 days ago in youtube. I didn't know how much I used to love RB and I still do. So I started drawing him and ...something must be wrong with me, because I cant stop making doodles of him XD. He is just too awesome and easy to draw. Now Im making a walk cycle on flash 
I have to be frank here. I didn't put those symbolism on purpose. When I made the fire and background the only thing that was crossing my mind was this: ¨Ok, now I hope I can draw a decent fire and smoke X_X¨ But You are totally right. Now I see my own drawing in a different way

Robot Jones is indeed awesome. I draw him all the time, too, I have been since I discovered him on YouTube back in late 2012 - oh my God, how time flies, right? - and I've slowly been getting better. He is quite easy to draw, which is good, because I'm terrible at it.
Ah, the black stuff is smoke! I'm surprised I didn't see that myself.
I might end up using this as my icon on a few websites, RJ's face here, is that fine with you?
