That is very much how Bill should look. And also really good. The nose looks slightly out of focus, and his eyebrows appear to have been shaved, but apart from that this is really rather excellent. Is he wearing eyeliner? It seems so, but that may not be on purpose. Either way, its a good look for him. He is all cool and rockstar anyway, isn't he?
I love Bill.
The face is nicely shaped, and the stubble is greatness. The hair is a lovely colour and a great style, and the partly open mouth makes for an interesting expression.

I created the hair texture and inserted it into an existing Poser hair shape. Very time consuming and hair-pulling( pardon the pun)
