Description summer on the pool deck
dripping wet lying in the sun.
goo goo dolls drift on the winds
we mumble the lyrics as they pass.

sun is setting
and we lay on the blanket
looking at the fireworks.
both of them in bliss.
i lie with my head on his leg
pretend he is mine.

smoking in the back building.
I hide between the crates
as they kiss and i wish
it were me instead.

happiness was their's and they
kept it well fed.
despite my depression
the love never died.
sometimes i resented it.

now the love is failing
because the pull of drugs is too strong.
they look for ways to hurt each other.
it makes me bleed inside.
i want them both to stop.

i want the faerie tale back again.
even though it wasn't mine.
it made me feel safe inside
reality killed my dream.

What a lovely poem! However, the capitalization is a bit off. Aside from that, I really enjoyed reading it. Good job!
