Next is the funny fast cat, Fasttrack.

Although I know people don't like Fasttrack, a lot because of his comparison to xlr8, I feel like he could be improved if his powers were tweaked a bit, so he can still run fast, like- really fast, but nowhere near as fast as xlr8. The pads on his hands and feet allow him to essentially glide across the ground at great speeds. his main power is his ability to track anyone using his enhanced senses, just a faint scent is enough for him to pinpoint and track down anyone, imagine all of his senses are just super boosted making his sense of hearing, sight and smell extremely powerful.
This also means his sense of taste is also very strong and especially his sense of touch, making his body itself very sensitive, those "spikes" are mostly used for balance and sensing where he is, but if they're damaged it can really mess him up.
