if you're actually 13 like your page says, i'd like to start by saying you're damn good. very courageous use of colors.
two things that sorta stick out to me that are easily remedied in the future: the first is the balance of color. you have great use of reds, and balancing those reds, but what I think might pull the painting together (and make the reflection seem a little more realistic) is if you pulled some of the blue from the sky into the water. if there is no reflection of the sky, put it some of it onto the rocks (which i can see you did already to a degree). then the green, there is a bright green, some small plants in the bottom left corner. i don't see that specific green anywhere else in the painting, and it draws my eye a lot. i would match those to the green knoll on the right side of the painting above the pond just a bit more, and maybe use that green somewhere else in the painting in the top left if possible just to balance.
Secondly, I would study more landscape painting to see techniques of how to paint more accurate looking leaves. the trees on the left don't look bad, but the single tree on the right has many "floating leaves" and they are very regularly spaced apart, try making more branches and putting the leaves in more realistic clusters.
Sorry to go into so much detail, you just have so so so much potential I wanted to give you a real critique, even if it was picky.
