old childhood oc that i decided to try and draw for the first time

he's a blind lightning powered dragon who was inspired by one of my favorite child hood toys... a blue metal F-18 jet!
the design probably needs a lot of work but i enjoyed trying to make him just as elegant and graceful as he was in the past.
