One day while in a small village outside of the Kitsune capital of Ōji, Henkei noticed something he hadn't before a sent that made his blood boil! The smell of family! Kichiro is Henkei's younger brother making him the second eldest of the whole family. Henkei despises his brother for after revealing their connection and the circumstances that lead to his abandoning by their parents, the fact that Kichiro was unable to immediately accepted that the people who raised him could preform such a heinous act. In short the while Henkei experienced the monstrous heartless cruelty of demons so immoral that would abandon their child without hesitation had been nothing more than normal average parents towards his siblings! Their kindness and loving parenting helped Kichiro grow up into a fine young man skilled in martial arts, with a beautiful wife, and three adorable little kids to boot! BLAH! Henkei naturally wanted to make the bastard cough blood after hearing something so infuriating! If it weren't for Yoshirou's restraining of him, Henkei would have most likely killed him the first time they met. After their meeting and realizing the horrible experience that his older brother endured, Kichiro desperately tried to reforge their bond inviting Henkei on multiple outings. Despite Henkei's hatred of his brother he still attended these meetings which surprised many including Kichiro. At first, Kichiro believed that perhaps Henkei was trying to get information about the location of their parents, unaware that Kichiro had not been in contact with them or any of his other siblings in a long time. But he soon learned the truth about why Henkei was so willing to agree to these outings. Henkei was trying to make something very clear to Kichiro, that his attempts to fix their family bond was a pointless effort that was never going to work! However despite those harsh words Kichiro still has not given up on his brother and still does his best to help in anyway he can!
