This video captures his moves very nicely
My newest fullsuit cosplay i made back in february.
Arresterdramon is one of my favorite digimon and i loved it from the first time i saw it in xros wars.
This costume accompanied me over this year with a lot of fun but also flaws that i fixed after the cons and improved it.
Features of the costume:
-Digitigrade padding with muscle structure
-CPU fan for head cooling
-Wonderflex armor
-Moveable hands
-polyurethane foam parts (claws, tail tip..)
-Agile tail (5ft) with rolls on the anchor
-Glowing eyes and gems
- u-profile in armor to attach the wings like a curtain

If you are going to make it cheap(but the look can depend on your crafting skills!):
- Foam from an old mattress that can be cut in shape for the body padding, armor and accessory
- fleece fabric for the skin
- shiny satin fabric for the headphone and armor parts
- rod from an broom or something to stabilize the microphone
If you want to spent more and aim an accurate look:
- Foam for the body padding
- Wonderflex for headphones and armor, it is a thermoplastic material that can be molded and formed once it's been heated.
I used that for my armor
- A mesh for the head to expand your head circumference like the mascot costumes from amusement parks.
It will keep the proportion to the body
- Expandable foam for the microphone, it's that yellow stuff that some use to sealing a window frame.
It expand to its double size and after drying, you can cut it to shape.
I used that for my claws and the anchor

Wow that's awesome! Very true to the character. I really liked a lot of his design when I first saw Xros Wars too, plus his battle theme.
Does it get hard to manuver with the tail on the roller like that? Can imagine there might have been some difficulties.

I love the battle theme too
The tail moves nicely with the rollers, but the anchor dropped off sometimes, if it moves in edges and get stuck.
