Her name is Rox/Roxxy- A bandit-Jackal.
She's a wide hipped girl and clothing companies don't really see eye-to-eye with that concept in the world so she mainly wears her short unbuttoned- what's she got to hide in any case~
Also I just really wanted to draw a brightly coloured character for once <3
