Hi there, I googled skulls and tattoo art and this design came up. I am an artist & I rarely run across an idea I love so much I would consider getting it as a tattoo. However, this design REALLY resonates with me! Did the friend you designed it for get it as a tattoo? If not, has anyone else that you know of? If no-one else has claimed it yet, I would love to pay you for the idea so that I can get it!
