Description
Soon after the capture of Dust Hill Zone came the destruction of the Wing Fortress and Flying Battery ships during the raid on the Arsenal Pyramid in Dust Hill Zone itself. The second front across on the other side of Mobius even proved to be more of a benefit than Sally thought, as despite the numbers advantage Eggman had, within the next few months, the Resistance took back 20% more of the world. Eggman was running out of time, AND places to hide. Their next big achievement would be none other than the capture of Labyrinth Zone that, despite being quite the maze, ended up being served as a connector between the two fronts.

However, during a trip to a nearby lake for a little bit of relaxation, Red, Amy, Sally, and practically every key member of the Resistance came across a sight that left them speechless. Across from them on the other side was none other than the blue blur himself with some Manx Cat... fishing?!

"What the..." Red went.

"SONIC!!!" Amy went as she ran to get to Sonic.

"Hey, wait up!!!" Sally shouted as she and the others chased after Amy.

By the time they managed to catch up Amy had tackled Sonic to the ground.

"Oh, Sonic, I knew you were still alive!!" Amy weeped.

"HEY, GET OFF OF ME!!!" Sonic shouted pushing Amy off, "Who the heck even are you and how do you know my name?!"

"S-Sonic?!" Amy went as her heart shattered.

"Sonic, we don't have time for games, we need you on the front lines!" Sally ordered.

"What do you mean games?! Who are you people?! Me and my wife Tiara were having a relaxing day of fishing until you creeps showed up!" Sonic went.

"Sonic... The Hedgehog... what the shock is going on?!" Red asked.

"How about you explain that to me! I don't know who any of you people are! I've been with Tiara for many months now, we just got married a few weeks ago!" Sonic explained.

"Sonic... how far back do you remember?" Rouge asked.

"Uh... I don't know? Last thing I remember outside of Tiara taking care of me from, what she said, was a horrible fall from the atmosphere is her giving the news that apparently Perrie had been retaken by the Resistance, whoever THAT was,"

"That'd be us... We're resisting against Eggman. Do you remember him?" Red asked.

"Whose Eggman? That sounds like the name of a walrus,"

".....Do you... know someone named Tails? Or Miles Prower?"

"Not really, though he sounds like a nice guy,"

"Yeah... he's your best friend..."

"Best friend? What are you talking about? I never met a Miles Prower. I don't remember anything outside of what me and Tiara have been up to,"

That was the final nail in the coffin. Sonic truly had lost his memory. Barely anyone could believe it was true. Amy ran away with tears streaming down her face, not just at the prospect that her beloved Sonic had married someone else, but the hedgehog she knew was gone, and even if there was a chance he'd get his memory back, the damage had already been done.

"Well... I... I think we should be going. Sorry to bother you two," Sally somberly went.

"Look, we don't mean no trouble-"

"It's fine," Sally said as she left.

The others followed suit and when they were certain they were out of range, Sally slammed her fists into the ground.

"DAMN IT! IT'S NOT FAIR! AFTER ALL THIS TIME, WE FINALLY FIND HIM AND HE DOESN'T EVEN REMEMBER US!!!" Sally shouted as she began to cry.

Red, however, wasn't with them. He stayed behind for one final attempt to bring Sonic's memory back.

"What's wrong RAT? Bad enough you claim to forget us but you're running away from your problems and from the FIGHT! I knew you were weak but I didn't know you were a COWARD too," Red said to taunt the blue blur.

"Rat? If anything I look more like a porcupine but- WHOA!!" Sonic went as Tiara homing attacked Red into a tree, "Honey, what did you do that for?!"

"I won't stand having my husband be mocked by a complete stranger!" Tiara shouted.

Red was in utter shock. Tiara knew how to do the homing attack!? Tiara then ran, in blink and she was in front of him, to Red and held him up against a tree. SHE WAS AS FAST AS SONIC TOO?!

"Now you listen here! My husband doesn't need you going and insulting him like this you flea ridden mutt! Sonic knows he's lost his memory, but he's trying to get it back on his own! He doesn't need some mutt coming in and insulting him for this set back! NOW GET OUT OF MY FACE AND NEVER RETURN!!!"

"Very impressive. Tis a shame you're not the worst thing I've run into so far sweet cheeks. Because right now, Mobius needs SONIC THE HEDGEHOG. Not the Slowpoke who runs away from the issue at large! Tails needs his friend back! The Resistance needs Sonic! And the only way I can think of, is to make him so angry he snaps and his memory would come flooding back!"

"What makes you think the Resistance needs him? You've been doing fine on your own have you not?!"

"With Sonic we'll be even better. It'll show that we can't be afraid of Eggman,"

"Which will effect NOTHING! That doesn't prove anything! That just shows that fighting along side Sonic after all this time is admitting to Eggman YOUR the weak ones!"

"And you think Eggman will care? In his mind, he's BEATEN Sonic,"

"He might think he's beaten Sonic, but-"

"HELLLLLLLLLP!!!!"

THAT WAS SALLY!!! Red rushed off with Tiara and Sonic right behind him and came to the clearing where Sally and the others were. Everyone had been knocked out cold, Sally on the other hand, was in trouble, she was caught in the pincers of what they could only describe as Chaos 5. "WHOA! WHAT IS THAT THING!?" Sonic hollered.

"WE GOT CAUGHT OFF GUARD! CHAOS 6 IS SOMEWHERE IN THE FOREST! HELLLP!!!" Sally hollered.

"Sonic! Stay back! I've got this!" Tiara shouted as she pulled her dress up, tossing it into the air to reveal her true look.

"Careful honey!" Sonic hollered as Tiara rushed into battle.

"Sonic, come on. Are you really going to let her fight your battles for you?!" Red asked.

"Well what can I do?! I don't know how to fight!" Sonic argued.

"Trust in your instincts Sonic Hedgehog. You are the Fastest Thing Alive. Your body knows what to do. You just need to trust in it to act,"

"Do you even speak English?" Sonic asked.

"WHOOPS!" went Tiara.

Tiara accidentally homing attacked Sonic knocking him into a tree which caused coconuts to hit him on the head. Several times.

"What's the leather in Missouri like?" Sonic slurred before passing out.

Tiara then dodged an oncoming slash attack from Chaos 5 and homing attacked it once more making it drop Sally and stumble over towards Red. Red then attacked it quickly with is Sabre Wispon and ultimately killed it freeing Sally who landed in his arms.

"Thanks for the help," Sally said to Tiara and Red, Tiara picking up Sonic and starting to go, "Where are you taking him?"

"Home. He needs some bed rest after getting hit on the head a lot,"

And with that Tiara was off.

"Man... wasn't this just a kick in the shins..." Sally went as everyone else started getting up.

"Ugh... what happened?" Rouge asked.

"Uh... guys? Has anyone seen lil' ol' Tails?" Bunnie asked.

Indeed, Tails was nowhere to be seen. Back with Tiara and Sonic, they eventually reached their home, a little cabin in the middle of the woods where Sonic was placed in bed and Tiara went into the kitchen to prepare some stuff to wake Sonic up. At the same time, Tails entered the room through a window, looking at Sonic's form, the wedding ring glistening on Sonic's ring finger/glove. Tails then pulled something out from a backpack and put it on the shelf nearby, he then gave one final look at Sonic before flying away. The noise his tails made as they spun awoke Sonic to see no one, but the picture on the desk.

"Whose that?" he went.

Sonic then took a closer look at it. It was him with a fox, a chipmunk, a wolf, a coyote, a walrus, a crocodile, a bee, a chameleon, an echidna, an armadillo, a flying squirrel, a pink hedgehog, a bat, a robot, a black hedgehog, a cat, and three other bunnies along with a chao with a bow. He didn't recognize a single person in the photo... yet.... all of them felt strangely familiar... like... as if... he knew them his whole life.

Back with the others, Red, Tails, Sally, and Amy were deployed to the Chemical Plant where they were assigned a task that should've been taken care of years ago. Destroying the Chemical Plant.
