Description
It took some hard-thinking and even a few internal concessions, but I ultimately decided to add a notable new addition to Shonnie's Excel Guarizer suit. Introducing Shonnie's new "Excelmet", a finely crafted device that not only serves as additional protection for his head(lord, knows he ofen needs it), but also as a sort of amplifier to increase the range, power and prescision of his psionic abilities. Allowing him to perform several new and effective moves to use in his evergrowing crusade against crime and injustice.Hope you enjoy it!
PS - I apologize for the slight decline in quality. My usual methods of uploading my pics hasn't been as effective as it normally is, so the inking and coloring process got a bit sloppy...
That and I put more energy into creating the "Excelmet" compared to the rest(those hands look pretty terrible...)Shonnie Flash/Excel Guarizer (C)=

That would be a good match-up. Excel has battled evil geniuses and armor-clad villains before. While Mayhem seems to have experience battling super-powered foes and would likely have weapons/mods in his suit to counter a variety of abilities. Sounds like one hell of a fight!

That's a reasonable guess. After all, the only other Kamen Rider hero not to have a moutpiece is Electro Wave Human Tackle.
