For some reason DA is giving me trouble and won't let me do the critique writing thing. I'll just give some pointers that may be able to help you in the future. And, just to let you know, I am absolutely NOT trying to hurt your feelings, so if I do, I apologize in advance.
First off, something I've noticed about a lot of your drawings, is that the limbs of the character always seem stiff. For example, the right arm on both of the drawings in this deviation don't really seem to have a natural flow. They don't look quite natural, enough. Try to work on your figure drawing. I don't mean you have to get all in depth and learn all about how to draw the human body and stuff. Just find some reference drawings of figure drawings.
I don't mean figures like this: [link]
Or even like this: [link]
More like this: [link]
But make it the size you make your characters.... I-if that makes sense. Sorry, it's a bit difficult for me to explain.
Trust me, though. I've been getting into the habit of drawing these, and it really will help you if you do your homework.
Another thing that might help: watch your own and other people's body movements. Try to find some pictures of people posing and draw one of your characters in that pose. (Make sure you keep the reference near you so you can pay attention to the figure's form.)
Here, I see you've improved a lot where coloring and shading is concerned. You've also gotten a bit better with your anatomy. One thing I'd like to point out, though that I noticed, not too long ago. In my own drawings, actually.
Take a look at this picture.

Look at the two figures that are facing forward. Notice that the elbows are aligned with each other as well as the knees. Now, depending on how the figure moves, this can change, but in both of the pictures of you deviation, the knees and elbows should appear the same height.
I think that's pretty much all I've got for now. As far as the line work, it really just depends on how you feel about it. I like it both ways. I think, though, if you're doing a full color picture, it's best to make your line work at least somewhat neat. A lot of times, though, I personally like the sketchy look better. The kinds that my friend usually draws. A lot of her art has the kind of look I'm talking about. It's like it's unfinished, but it looks so nice. That might just be me, though. Haha. XD
I know I probably overloaded you with critiquing just now. Sorry about that. I hope it was useful to you, though. Even if it was only a little. ^^

I would so it is an improvement BUT the style with lines sticking out everywhere seems more... rushed. Without it, it'd be a crystal clear improvement tho, now it's change+improvement.
