Maybe Tom Riddle never becomes evil, I'm pretty sure he was a psychopath but maybe he wouldn't have become one if he experienced love, friendship, and kindness. I'm pretty sure someone isn't born a psychopath, they become that way but I'm not sure why.

Except he was born without the ability to love. There's a reason why he was so evil, it was sadly never mentioned in the books, but JK has revealed that it's because he was conceived while his father was under the control of the love potion Merope gave him, leading to Tom Riddle being born without the ability to love. He did get plenty of love, kindness etc. The teachers loved him, the students looked up to him, he was smart and handsome, I'm pretty sure many girls gave their hearts to him, it's just that he didn't care. He didn't want love, he wanted power and his "friends" were mere slaves to him.Β

Ok, I really don't like this idea. You can be a psychopath or sociopath without being 'evil'. A lot of people are - doctors, lawyers, other high-functioning, very successful individuals with no people skills to speak of. What JK implied when she said this was that children who are the result of rape are somehow responsible for their parent's victimization/crime. Making TR's inability to love the result of his mom raping his dad reflects a very messed up cultural bias against victims. Our culture often assumes that learned behaviors are actually genetic. Like in this case, criminality is presumed to be genetic. TR's mom did something evil so her son will be evil compounded. If anyone is responsible for TR's evil, I'd say it's more likely the caretakers and other children at the orphanage, who ostracized and abused him from an early age. People act within a learned set of social norms. He might have been born a psychopath, and that could even have been the result of side effects from his dad being dosed with amorentia, but he learned 'acceptable' behaviors from those around him. That he started emulating them from an early age can hardly be blamed on his mom.Β
It shows in the rest of the series, too. The sorting hat supposedly does it's thing based on character traits/feelings like 'ambition' and 'loyalty' and 'bravery'. Some of that is presumably taught from a young age, but most people just end up where everyone in their family has always been, because "Ha! Another Weasley! I know just what to do with you!" The characters and readers presume some very shallow things about people based on where the sorting hat puts them - which is based more on their family names than their actual underlying characters.
(With of course a few rare exceptions for plot purposes, like Sirius Black and... That's it, actually. The next generation can be sorted wherever because the war is over and evil is vanquished, so now 'good' people can be in any house.)

So he was a psychopath, because that's basically what a psychopath is. If he was completely incapable of experiencing love, did he really have much of choice but to become evil? It's not like he could choose to feel love or compassion for others like most people can. What's so scary is that there are people who are like Tom Riddle in real life, psychopaths really do exist. It must be horrible to live without the ability to love (I don't mean just romantically, there are people who are aromantic asexual who experience love in other ways towards family, friends etc.) I wonder why being conceived under a love potion would make it impossible to love and if there are other cases of people in theΒ Harry Potter world who were born without love because of it.Β It's too bad no one came up with an antidote for his inability to love. Β

What would be even more awesome is if Al has parseltongue too I mean it might be hereditary cos even tho Harry and old Voldy was distant cousins I think since Harry had a piece of his soul for so long the piece of his soul would have left some trace,mainly due to the fact they were so similar.
But thats just in my crazy mind lol.
