I like it but there has always been something that bothered me with your pics.
It's the back. It curves inwards, at least too far, for a belly that's pushing out. It makes it feel rather flat and a little out of place to me.
And the hands, but we all have that problem. Maybe I can direct you to a tutorial that a friend showed me for that. [link]

In the real world, their backs dont bend in that far in that angle. In fact, the belly doesn't reach to the back either.
Lets not compare it to the real world. If we did, inflation would remain dissapointingly small. .
